This cosy guesthouse is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the area. the owner is friendly and knowledgeable, providing detailed information about local attractions and restaurants. From here, you can easily visit the herb garden or hike to the waterfall. If you're a foodie, you'll appreciate the proximity to some higher-end Kobegyu restaurants. the rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful night's sleep. In the morning, enjoy a delicious homemade rice ball breakfast. the staff are helpful and speak English well, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The kitchen/lounge area is on the smaller side.

The hotel was clean and the room was extremely spacious. The location in a residential area was marvellous and there were a supermarket and convenience stores nearby. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Shinkobe subway station😃

During my recent stay at Gesthaus Oi in Kobe, I found the staff to be incredibly kind and welcoming. The women who checked me in went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and even helped me make delicious rice balls. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with attractions like Nunobiki Falls and the Takenaka Carpentry Museum nearby. The rooms were satisfactory, considering the price, and I particularly loved the complimentary rice balls provided.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the clean and fresh-feeling atmosphere of this fairly new hostel. the private double room with shared bathroom was perfect for our needs. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large suitcases. the bathrooms were always clean and readily available. the host went above and beyond to provide recommendations and assistance, making sure we had everything we needed. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the shinkansen station and close to bus stops. great value for money and a delightful stay.
